2 Shipping Information
Please note that we process your order as quickly as possible so that it reaches you promptly. Unfortunately, we are therefore no longer able to make any changes or cancellations once the order has been completed.
Please bear in mind that the packaging and shipping costs do not only include the pure postage costs. Transport insurance, personnel costs for shipping staff and the packaging are also included. If you have any further questions or suggestions, we will be happy to help.
3 Delivery Times
We do everything we can to ensure that your SOULBUDDY products arrive at your home as quickly as possible. If the items are in stock, your order will normally reach you within Germany within 1–3 working days.
If individual items have a longer delivery time, your order will be shipped as soon as all items in your order are in stock. For prepayment as the payment method (PayPal, credit card etc.), the delivery time depends on receipt of payment in our reference account.
