Refund policy

We’re sorry to hear that you’re not entirely satisfied with your order 💔. Of course, you can easily return your order within 30 days of receipt.

📦 How to return your order

1. Download the returns form

Please download our returns form.

2. Fill in the form

Print out the form and fill in all the fields completely.

Important: Please make sure to include your order number.

3. Pack the items

Enclose the completed form with your parcel and send the items back.

Please note that all your items must be:

unworn
unwashed
returned with the label / hangtag attached

4. Send the return

You can also use the address label from the returns form for this.

🌍 Note for returns from Switzerland / non-EU countries

Please note:

Clearly mark “RETURN” on the parcel

Attach the original invoice to the outside of the parcel (e.g. in a clear plastic sleeve)

This is the only way customs can process the return correctly.

We cannot accept liability for lost returns

 

💸 Return costs

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

 

💳 Refund

Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the amount via the original payment method.

Processing may take up to 10 working days.

 

🧩 Partial returns (sets)

If you return only part of a set, the refund will be pro-rata:

1 product from a set of 2 → 50%

1 product from a set of 3 → 33%

 

Your statutory rights, in particular your right of withdrawal, remain unaffected.
