We're sorry that you're not completely happy with your order 💔 

Of course, you can return your order to us quite easily within 30 days of purchase.

 

📦 How your return works

 

1. Declare your withdrawal or register your return

You can declare your withdrawal or your return in one of the following ways:

- By filling in and returning the withdrawal form & sending us the items you would like to return

- by email to shop@soulbuddylook.com

- via our withdrawal form using the button Withdraw from contract

 

Please be sure to state your order number so that we can match your return.

 

2. Download the withdrawal form

Print out the form and fill in all fields completely.

Important: Please be sure to state your order number.

 

4. Pack the items

Enclose the completed form with your parcel and send the items back.

Please note that all your items must be returned:

• unworn
• unwashed
• with the label / hangtag attached

You can also use the address label from the withdrawal form for this.

 

🌍 Note for returns from Switzerland / non-EU countries

Please be sure to note:

• Clearly mark the parcel with “RETURN”

• Attach the original invoice to the outside of the parcel (e.g. in a clear plastic sleeve)

This is the only way customs can process the return correctly.

 

⚠️ Important information

• We recommend insured shipping with tracking

• We cannot accept liability for lost returns

 

💸 Return costs

You bear the costs of the return shipment yourself.

 

💳 Refund

As soon as your return has been received and checked by us, we will refund the amount to you via the payment method originally used.

Processing can take up to 10 working days.

 

🧩 Partial returns (sets)

If you only return part of a set, the refund is made on a pro-rata basis:

• 1 product from a set of 2 → 50 %

• 1 product from a set of 3 → 33 %

• etc.

Your statutory rights, in particular your right of withdrawal, remain unaffected.
