Size Chart Overview
Our cap size chart shows the right Soulbuddy size for every head circumference – for snapback, performance, trucker, sports and dad hat caps as well as beanies. That way you quickly find the right cap size for kids and adults.
Cap sizes at Soulbuddy
- KIDS M – for toddlers approx. 1–2 years, with snapback closure
- KIDS L – for kids from approx. 2 years, with snapback closure
- ADULT One Size – for teens and adults, adjustable via snapback closure
- KIDS S – for babies from approx. 3 months, with a soft elastic band
The age ranges are only a guide. What matters is always the measured head circumference.
How to measure your cap size
Place a soft tape measure or a piece of string once around the head – above the ears at the widest part of the back of the head – and read the value in cm. Enter this head circumference in our size calculator below or read the size from the chart. If the value falls between two sizes, choose the larger one. What does One Size (OSFM) mean for caps?
One Size or OSFM (“one size fits most”) means one size that adjusts to most heads via the closure. Our ADULT caps are One Size and, according to our size chart, fit a head circumference of approx. 54–60 cm (trucker, sports and dad hat from approx. 53 cm). For kids we offer our KIDS sizes S, M and L instead of S/M sizes.
Beanie size chart for kids
Our beanies also come in KIDS S, M, L and ADULT. In the “Beanie” column of the chart below you can see which size fits your child’s head circumference.

Measuring children's head size and circumference correctly with our caps & beanies size chart
To ensure your Soulbuddy moments are truly enjoyable, it's important that everyone feels comfortable in our caps and beanies. On this page, we'd like to give you some helpful tips and tricks on how to determine the right cap size.
You can determine the cap/beanie size based on the measured head size, or you can use the average head size for each age as a guide.
Which size should I get?
Simply enter your head circumference into the Soulbuddy size calculator and read the result:
STEP 1: Take a measuring tape/string and wrap it once around your head – placing it above your ears at the thickest part of the back of your head.
STEP 2: Read the measured size in cm. This is your head circumference. No measuring tape handy: Note the beginning and end of the thread. Take a ruler and measure the length.
