Terms and conditions for social media giveaways by Soulbuddy GmbH

These terms and conditions apply to prize draws run by Soulbuddy GmbH on the social media channels of @soulbuddylook, in particular on Instagram and Facebook.

1. Organizer

The organizer of the prize draw is:

The prize draw is in no way connected to Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram or Facebook and is not sponsored, supported or organized by them in any way. The sole contact and responsible party is Soulbuddy GmbH.

By participating in the prize draw, participants accept these terms and conditions.

2. Prize

The respective prizes will be announced in the relevant prize draw post on the @soulbuddylook social media profile.

Cash payment of the prize is excluded. The prize is non-transferable.

3. Eligibility to participate

All natural persons who have reached the age of 18 and reside in Germany, Austria or Switzerland are eligible to participate.

Employees of Soulbuddy GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.

4. Participation

Participation in the prize draw is free of charge and possible exclusively online via the Instagram profile @soulbuddylook.

To participate in the prize draw, the participation requirements stated in the respective prize draw post must be fully met. Participation via other means is not possible.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries within a social media platform, for example via multiple comments or accounts, may lead to exclusion from the prize draw.

5. Exclusion from participation

Soulbuddy GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants from the prize draw if they violate these terms and conditions or attempt to manipulate the prize draw.

This applies in particular in the event of:

• false personal information,
• participation on behalf of third parties,
• multiple entries,
• automated entries,
• manipulation or attempted manipulation of the prize draw,
• actions that impair the fair conduct of the prize draw.

The decision regarding an exclusion is at the discretion of Soulbuddy GmbH.

6. Participation period

The duration of the prize draw and the closing date for participation are stated in the respective prize draw post.

Entries received after the closing date cannot be considered.

7. Winner determination and notification

After the prize draw has ended, the winner will be determined by a random draw from all valid entries.

The winner will be notified via Instagram and must respond within one week of the notification.

If there is no response within this period, the prize will be forfeited. In this case, Soulbuddy GmbH reserves the right to draw a substitute winner.

8. Shipping of the prize

The following data of the winner is required for the processing and shipment of the prize:

First name, last name, address and email address.

The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the data submitted. If the prize cannot be delivered due to incorrect information, Soulbuddy GmbH is not obliged to send the prize again.

9. Data protection

The personal data collected as part of the prize draw will be used exclusively for the conduct and processing of the prize draw.

10. Premature termination or change of the prize draw

Soulbuddy GmbH reserves the right to change, interrupt or terminate the prize draw at any time for good cause if a proper execution can no longer be guaranteed.

11. Legal recourse

Legal recourse is excluded.
